Kid Friendly Workout Routines & How To Get Your Kids To Eat Healthy

 My children have started to show interest in working out with me at home. I am so excited about this! I'm going to share with you some tips and easy ways to get your kids to eat healthier!

I have found some really great workout videos on YouTube that are perfect for the whole family to do together. We usually spend about 30 minutes doing a family workout video together in the morning after breakfast. After the workout video my kids rotate doing yoga and walking on my treadmill. I will list the videos below:

Tip: Check Facebook marketplace and Craigs List if you want to purchase workout equipment. I also was able to find a used treadmill on Facebook marketplace for only $125! You can find a lot of workout equipment on Facebook marketplace. I also went to Target and I picked up some 5 lb weights and some yoga equipment. I bought a yoga mat and some yoga blocks at Five Below. Tip: be sure to go over safety first with your kids and use caution with weights that may be too heavy for them. 

I have been trying to get my kids to eat healthier. I found a great Food Pyramid video on YouTube and I shared this with my kids. After watching the video my kids were a little surprised to see just how many servings of fruits and vegetables they should be eating daily. We visited the grocery store and I had each child pick out 3 new fruits and 3 new vegetables that they would like to try. This is a great way to encourage trying new things and healthy eating!
