All About Our Spring Break Cruise On Harmony of the Seas

After taking a two month break from blogging I am back!! It has been such a busy busy past few months. Many of you do not know but I started my own business last spring. It has grown SO much in the 12 months and I am finding that I have much less free time to blog. Today I am going to share with you all the details of our amazing spring break!! We went on a cruise to the Caribbean!!

We drove 12 hours to Port Canaveral, Florida and boarded Harmony of the Sea's. If you have not been on a cruise I highly recommend this ship! There was SO much to do, amazing shows, amazing food and amazing service. Our cruise was a 7 day western Caribbean cruise. We went to Coco Cay, Bahamas, Nassau Bahamas, Falmouth, Jamaica and Labadee, Haiti (private island owned by Royal Caribbean). Our favorite stop was hands down Coco Cay, Bahamas! This island is owned by Royal Caribbean.

We had two connecting balcony staterooms

We purchased a day pass in Nassau Bahamas for the new Margaritaville Resort The day pass includes
access to the pool, waterslides and beach. The beach is really nice and there are complimentary lounge chairs and umbrella's available. The beach also has complimentary canoe's and kayaks. There are lockers available for rent if you want to store your things. They have complimentary beach towels which was nice so we did not have to bring towels from the ship. There are several restaurants/bars at the resort but they are pricey! We purchased the conch fritters and two kids meals and the total was $80. The resort also have a small gift shop, infinity edge pool with a gorgeous view, lazy river and jumping platform.

My kids loved the waterslides at the resort.

Coco Cay was our favorite day! We loved this beautiful island! We exited the ship with no real "plans" except to find a lounge chair and relax. We rode the complimentary tram to Chill Beach and found some front row lounge chairs with a view of the swim up bar.

We rented the kids two floating mats for the day ($18 each)

My kids had a lot of fun in the ocean and when they weren't in the ocean they were playing ping pong and basketball nearby in this cute little play area for families. There was also a delicious complimentary restaurant located beside this play area.

We had a very relaxing day at Coco Cay, Bahamas and can't wait to return again soon.

On the way to dinner in the main dining room
Definitely eat dinners in the main dining room-the service is amazing and the food is delicious!

My kids loved the waterslides on Harmony of the Sea's. They also loved the unlimited ice cream by the pool!

The ship was beautiful, especially at night time.

The Ultimate Abyss is a dry slide and unfortunately my kids never did ride this. It was a little bit intimidating.
I highly recommend playing a round of mini golf at least once on the cruise! Go in the evening when it is less crowded.

We explored the port area in Falmouth, Jamaica. There were some shops and a really nice Blue Mountain Coffee stand. If you love coffee you need to check this out!! We did not book an excursion for this day. We had originally planned to stay on the ship but we changed our minds and did some shopping in the port. Then we ended up at restaurant/bar and ended up at their pool.

Margaritaville Falmouth Jamaica is located directly beside the ship. I felt very safe here and we let our kids swim the pool (free) while we relaxed under the palm tree's with some yummy adult beverage's.

We enjoyed Labadee, Haiti also! We did not have any excursions booked but we walked around the island and enjoyed the beautiful views. Then we put on our swimsuits and enjoyed the beach. We rode the tram to Columbus Cove beach. They have complimentary beach chairs and umbrella's. Be cautious of jelly fish at this beach area. We saw several and someone was stung.
